* Cancellation and modification of the conditions of the excursion (trip). The Customer may cancel the excursion (trip) with the Contractor reimbursing him for the full cost of the ordered services in cases of an increase in the cost of the services paid, a change in the date of the trip at the initiative of the Contractor, unrelated to the presence of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the latter. If the Customer refuses to travel for other reasons, the Contractor returns to the Customer the cost of the ordered services minus the actual costs incurred. Cancellation of the trip is made personally by the Customer at the Contractor's office, by phone, e-mail or other available means of communication. The day of cancellation of a confirmed booking is considered to be the day the Contractor receives the cancellation. - Due to the delay in the start time of the trip (excursion), the cost of the tour (trip) will not be refunded and the tour (trip) will not be postponed to another date. - Due to the sudden illness of the Customer, with prior notification to the Contractor, the excursion (trip) is postponed to another date, or the cost of the previously paid excursion (trip) is fully refunded (100%), minus the actual costs incurred, if any. - If the group of participants is not recruited, the Contractor has the right to cancel the trip and refund the full cost of services to the Customer without paying any compensation, notifying the Customer in advance or, by agreement of the parties, to set off the payment made by him against another excursion (trip).
