Follow the rules of personal safety, following the recommendations received from the representative of the Company. Arrive at the place and time of the start of the tour without delay. The Client has the right to: 1. To obtain the necessary and reliable information about excursions. 2. To ensure personal safety and their consumer rights. 3. Terminate the contract for the purchase and sale of sightseeing services at any time before it begins, while reimbursing the Company for its actual costs and losses caused by the termination of the contract, which is in case of refusal: , 3 or more days before the start – 0 % of the booking price; ❌ less than 3 days before the start – 100% of the booking price.
