The Energy building has a private entrance and a rooftop terrace. The building is located in a historic building of the 9th century on the 4th and 5th floors of a building without an elevator.
The conceptual non-smoking rooms are air conditioned and feature an in-room safe, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and telephone. The bathrooms have a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. There is also a terrace overlooking the rooftops of St. Petersburg.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are registered at Nevsky Aster Apartments at ulitsa Bolshaya Konyushennaya 25. The entrance to the reception desk is a wooden door opposite the entrance to the courtyard. The hotel does not offer facilities for disabled guests. A dinner buffet is available from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM. The cost of dinner for an adult is RUB 650.00, for a child under 10 years of age — RUB 450.00. Drinks are not included in the price. Free private parking is possible on a request basis. Upon arrival, all guests of the hotel are offered a free Welcome Drink — a glass of red / white wine or juice. Kids under 3 years old stay free of charge and without extra beds. Fee for a kid aged from 3 years — RUB 900.00. Accommodation of adult guests on extra beds is not provided. For foreign citizens, a registration fee of RUB 200.00.
