* It is impossible to visit the Caucasus and not see Elbrus! Let's go to the highest mountain in Europe together and you will see with your own eyes how beautiful it is. And on the way back we will stop at the emerald lake Gizhgit with water of incredible shade. Early in the morning we will meet you in Vladikavkaz and take the scenic road to Kabardino-Balkaria. We will drive along the Kavkaz highway to the Baksan Gorge, along which one of the most picturesque roads of our country is laid. Finally, we will reach the Azau glade, located at the foot of Mount Elbrus at an altitude of 2,350 meters above sea level. The first station of the highest cable car in Europe is located here. There are three stations in total; at each one you will have time to look around, admire the mountains, sit in a cafe with Caucasian cuisine, hot fragrant tea or mulled wine — and of course, with an unforgettable view of Elbrus. On the way back, we will stop at Lake Gizhgit, surrounded by hills and rocks. You will find out why it acquired an amazing color, and take colorful photos as a keepsake. We will be back in Vladikavkaz by about 5 p.m.
