For smoking in the apartment and the smell of tobacco left in the apartment, the deposit will be withheld in full. Guests not included in the reservation may not stay in the apartment later than 00:00. Supplement for the third, fourth and fifth guest is RUB 500.00 per day. All additional guests must be approved in advance. Early check-in from 07:00 АМ or late check-out until 09:00 РМ is paid additionally RUB 1500.00 and is provided if the previous or next dates are not occupied.
