From 15 000₽ per person
Description
Type: Multi-day activity
* The Uksa River (also known as Uksunjoki) flows in the Suoyarva and Pitkyaranta districts of Karelia, flows into Lake Ladoga. According to the degree of difficulty of the rapids (1-4 cat.), the river is not for beginners. There are piles of wood, and the stone scree surprised the experienced. The river is popular with water tourism enthusiasts and professional water users.
Experienced tourists prefer to come here in May, when the river becomes the most full-flowing from melting ice. The most interesting obstacles start from the village. Raykonkoski. Athletes train here at Uksa, and they upgrade their skills before conquering mountain rivers.
- The names of the rapids are as romantic as the nature of Ladoga region. You can ride a lot on the threshold of the Pink elephant (on the left plum) - it takes your breath away! This puddle with such a cute name is not so harmless - its right drain is recommended only for experienced water users.
- Crossing the Canyon threshold, you will feel like real cowboys. You will have to maneuver and fight, passing the threshold of the Mill. Fun is guaranteed.
- The most difficult threshold is the Temple. By overcoming it, you will accomplish a feat. You'll be one step above the professionals.
The nature of Ladoga region - pine forest, lakes, rocks - is of wonderful beauty! There is excellent fishing here. And there are beavers. Noticed: anyone who has visited Vinegar at least once will certainly want to come again.
