The tour is considered booked after the Company receives an advance payment in the amount depending on the route. pay attention The tour is not cancelled due to rain or thunder (except for excursions related to the sea). The company is obliged to: Provide safety and quality services that meet the requirements of the standards. To provide the client with complete and reliable information about sightseeing routes. Provide recommendations on safety measures on routes. The client is obliged to: Preserve the environment, take care of natural monuments. Follow the rules of personal safety, adhering to the recommendations received from the representative of the Company. Arrive at the place and time of the tour without delay. The Client has the right to: 1. To obtain necessary and reliable information about excursions. 2. To ensure personal safety and their consumer rights. 3. Terminate the contract for the purchase and sale of excursion services at any time before its start, while reimbursing the Company for its actual costs and losses caused by the termination of the contract, which is in case of refusal: ✅ 3 or more days before the start – 0 % of the booking price; ❌ less than 3 days before the start – 100% of the booking price. The company is not responsible for: — partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations arising due to force majeure; — for harm caused to customers by third parties; — in case of refusal to allow passage across the Russian-Abkhazian border; — for the commission of illegal actions by the client; The prepayment is non-refundable in case of non-appearance or delay of the client to the place and time of departure of the excursion. The company has the right to refuse to provide excursion services in case of appearance of a tourist in a drunken state at the beginning of the tour.
