Observation deck

The observation deck is located in the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center. The Yeltsin Center is located on the banks of the Iset River. The building of the center is huge, there is a lower and an upper level. On the upper level of the site, there are benches for vacationers and flower pots, as well as a fountain. The site offers an unforgettable view of the city.
