* You will have a leisurely walk around the city and immerse yourself in its atmosphere. You will see the fortification systems of Konigsberg: roller fortifications, a moat encircling the entire city, the Kronprinz defensive barracks, the Grolmann bastion, the Brandenburg, Royal, Rosgarten gates and learn the basic principles of their operation. We will talk about Peter 1's visit to the city of Konigsberg and see the Friedrichburg Gate, the only surviving element of the fortress (here the tsar studied cannon shooting). We will definitely visit the Fort No. 11 Denhoff fortification complex, one of the fifteen main forts built in 1877-1881. After that, we will take a short break and visit a favorite place of Kaliningrad residents, where you will taste the best coffee in the city. Next, you will see how the city developed at the beginning of the 20th century, going beyond the old fortress walls (take a walk through the Amalienau area among the ancient villas). You will definitely see the Konigsberg (Kaliningrad) port and industrial buildings of the early 20th century, as well as one of the oldest sailboats in the world. After that, we'll take a walk through one of the three cities, Kneiphof, with the Cathedral located on it and talk a little about Kant, who is buried near the walls of the cathedral. If you are interested in the spiritual component of the old town, then we will visit the oldest building of the city - the Juditten Church and the Kreuzkirche with the amber iconostasis located inside. We will also talk a little about Protestantism and the first Protestant state in the world. You will also find out who the Homlins are (if you wish, we can see everyone in the city), see a bas-relief of the strongest man in the world (the founder of bodybuilding) and visit the astronomical bastion.
