* We will visit Karachay-Cherkessia, the path will pass through the Gum-Bashi pass from which you can see Elbrus and the Caucasian Ridge, then, if you wish, we will have a snack in the local cuisine with the famous khichins. We will explore the natural landmark "cheese caves", visit one of the oldest temples in Russia — Shoaninsky, learn its history, take a walk around the territory, a place where you don't want to rush anywhere. Next, our way lies to the Teberdinsky National Biosphere Reserve, and lifts to three heights, overlooking the Caucasian ridge with gentle caps. In summer, you can also include the Gonachkhir gorge and Lake Tumanly Kel, so you can include thermal springs in the village of Suvorovka in the route if you wish.
