Grotto Demon Cave

The grotto was designed in 1826 by the Bernardazzi brothers. In Soviet times, a sculptural portrait of the poet Lermontov appeared at the top of the grotto. This is due to the fact that the poet lived in the house of landowner Rebrov, located next to the grotto. Inside, approximately in the 60s of the last century, a sculpture of a demon appeared, creepy and fascinating at the same time.
