It is located in the Gulf of Patience, on the eastern coast of Sakhalin. The first Russian navigator Ivan Kruzenstern named the bay "Quiet". In the bay there is a rocky islet "Noticeable" with a flat top and a wide base. It is impossible to get close to the rock, so there are always a lot of noisy seagulls on it. It is good to go fishing in the bay by boat. In general, the silence in the bay is incomparable, although sometimes seagulls break the peace. The waterfall, which is the highest on Sakhalin. It is located on a stream with no name, not far from Cape Klokov, which earned it the unspoken name "Klokovsky".
