An embankment was also made with earth and a full-fledged driveway was made. At the beginning of the nineteenth century, the embankment on the river side was lined with paved stone. Trees were planted and separated from the river by a wrought-iron fence. In the middle of the twentieth century, the embankment was reconstructed and faced with granite.
