day 01

Merging with nature

Type of accommodation:Glamping

This is where our journey begins! First, we will get acquainted with Tyumen, then we will go to sosnovy bor (the eco-park where we will live), where we will disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and visit the unique healing properties of the hot springs. We will also taste Russian cuisine, lovingly cooked in a wood-burning oven. Evening yoga by Tatiana Muzheva will help you relax and start the process of inner transformation.

day 02

Siberian Paradise: 4 villages, crafts and tastings

Type of accommodation:Glamping

The morning starts with yoga and meditation.Then we will break down stereotypes and habitual patterns. We will take a ride through four Siberian villages, where we will get acquainted with original crafts. We will go through the practice of "Free communication", Learn how to grow sturgeon, taste local wine, learn how to cook dishes in a Russian oven, visit an ethnic village and meet the sunset on a high cliff in a village called Paradise. We will also visit Anton Shipulin's family.

day 03

Meditation, cleansing and energizing

Reboot, new knowledge, harmony of body and mind! We will go to the Camp of the small peoples of the North, where we will visit the national dwellings: Khanty house, Nenets chum. Let's go through a purification ceremony in a Holy place. Let's enjoy a fragrant tea made from taiga herbs with fresh berries. And in the evening, the sounds of gongs, singing bowls and didgeridoo await us – a relaxing meditation concert from Svetlana Kushkina. Sound practices will awaken in us the amazing sound of the universe.

day 04

Celebration of soul and body: aromatherapy and sauna

The union of feminine and masculine energies! After completing an internship on "The relationship between a man and a woman," we will meet with Inna Mukhina, the creator of conceptual cosmetics and an aromatherapist. We will create individual perfumes that will adjust to the correct energy balance. And in the evening we will have a sauna with essential oils, oak brooms, homemade bread and fresh kvass. The steaming ritual will be conducted by Tatiana Morozova, a ferryman with many years of experience in the bath craft.

day 05

The place of power is the village of Abalak

We will go to the village of Abalak, located on the high Trinity Cape. In the place where the powerful deep-flowing rivers Tobol and Irtysh merge. On the way, we will visit an old Russian ancestral settlement, where we will taste real homemade bread, health tea preparations and vegetarian dishes, accompanied by round dances and heartfelt conversations. There will be a fascinating sight waiting for us in Abalak: the atmosphere of a Siberian prison, Baba Yaga's house, where a master class in potions will be held for us.

day 06

Tobolsk is amazing

The city of contrasts. A soul-revealing city!   We will visit the Abalak Holy Sign Monastery, climb the bell tower with an amazing view of the Irtysh River. Then we will go to Tobolsk, where we will walk around the white-stone Kremlin, the only one in Siberia. We will visit the "House of Craftsmen" and meet with the real master bonecutter Minsalim, who will conduct a master class for us.
