N.F. Kapyrin's apartment house

The building is located on 1st Tverskaya Yamskaya Street. Until the 30s of the last century, the mansions of the richest people were located there. In 1870, the active construction of this street began. The apartment building of merchant N.F.Kapyrin was built by architect S.M. Gorchanov, and in 1912 the building was reconstructed under the supervision of architect E.R. Niernsee in the neoclassical style.
