Cathedral of St. Sophia of the Wisdom of God in Samara

In 2018, St. Sophia Cathedral was opened on the Volga River embankment, the opening of which was timed to coincide with the 1030th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus. The cathedral is a single-domed temple with a hipped roof and a built-in bell tower. The facades were decorated with natural stone, the base is lined with granite, and the tent is made in ceramics. Currently, worship services are regularly held in the church.
