Rostov Bakery

Numerous studies have been conducted at the Rostov Bakery to improve the production technology of bread and other bakery products. New dough formulas have been developed and new baking methods have been introduced. Bread production at the factory was organized according to strict rules and regulations, which were fully respected. In 1941, the Rostov bakery was evacuated to the city of Kuibyshev. In 1955, the plant was modernized, new machinery and equipment were installed, and the first conveyor in Soviet Russia for the production of rolls and buns was launched. In 1970, the Rostov bakery became the first in the USSR to take over the production of bread without yeast. Today Rostov Bakery is one of the leading producers of bread and bakery products in Russia.
