Snow-white snowdrifts, fresh frosty air, fluffy fir trees, mysterious forests, frozen waterfalls and the northern lights! A rich program awaits you, with a wide coverage of picturesque natural places!
We will visit the most famous cities of the republic of Petrozavodsk and Sortavala, as well as many natural attractions: Chertov Chair tract, Ruskeala Mountain Park, Paasonvuori and Hiidenvuori mountains. We will ride along the forest trails on snowmobiles and along the Ladoga skerries on an airboat.
We will walk through the coniferous forest and textured rocks with incredible views, admire the charm of the winter waterfalls: Akhinkoski, Kivach, Koirinkoski and chat with friendly huskies. Try the northern cuisine and bask in the sauna.

*We are not chasing the number of participants, so our tour is available on any date, daily. When booking 2 or more places, the cost of an individual tour does not differ from a group one.

The accommodation on the tour is arranged in 2 places:
- 1 night - 4-star hotel in Petrozavodsk
- 2 nights - Country complex on the shore of Ladoga
1. The base price is 2-bed accommodation in comfortable rooms.
2. Surcharge 5500₽/person - Accommodation in separate houses (Barn House) with panoramic views in glamping.

day 01
Petrozavodsk - Devil's chair - Kivach
Type of accommodation:Hotel
We will meet in the center of Petrozavodsk and go on a small car tour of the capital. We will take a ride along the main streets of the city, get acquainted with the history and modernity of the capital, and take a walk along the winter embankment. And then, to keep warm, we'll have a hot coffee/tea with Karelian pastries in one of the best cafes in the city.
We will check into the hotel, and after that we will go outside the city to meet the fabulous nature of Karelia. First of all, we will visit a picturesque place with the mystical name "Devil's Chair". A rocky massif in a pine forest with a panoramic view of Lake Onega.
Next, we will move a little further north to the famous Kivach waterfall, the second largest waterfall in Europe, which is located in the reserve of the same name and is undoubtedly beautiful at any time of the year.
day 02
Ladoga skerries - non-tourist places

Today is going to be an eventful day! We will move to the most picturesque part of Karelia - the Northern Ladoga region. It is famous for its unique natural landscape with a large number of height differences: cliffs, mountains, waterfalls, canyons, lakes and stone islands (Ladoga skerries) this is the Northern Ladoga region.
Pristine non-tourist places are waiting for us. Therefore, we dress warmly, take a thermos with hot tea (the guide has it) and go for a walk along our author's route along the coast of Ladoga. Depending on the weather conditions and the season, this route includes: an airboat ride and snowmobiling.
In the evening, those who wish will be able to relax and warm up properly in a hot bath.
day 03
Ruskeala - Ahinkoski - Sortavala - Paaso

Today, the pearl of Karelia awaits us - Ruskeala Mountain Park, which will have enough time to explore it all, despite its impressive size: marble quarry, Italian quarry, mountain lake, etc. Those who wish can purchase an additional tour of the underground world of Ruskeala in the park. Well, those who have long dreamed of riding a Retro train can combine this trip with our excursion!
On the way back, we will definitely stop at the famous Ruskeala waterfalls (Akhinkoski), the place where the film "And the dawns here are quiet" was shot. Perhaps they will already hide under a thin layer of ice, or they may turn out to be stronger than the frost and appear before us in full force. In any case, an ecotope and suspension bridges among the winter forest will be available for us.
For lunch, we will go to one of the cafes in Sortavala (a former Finnish town that has preserved the architecture of a foreign era as much as possible). Therefore, lunch is compatible with a small excursion.
And then we will climb one of the picturesque mountains of Karelia - Paasonvuori, which offers a stunning circular view of the snow-capped tops of fir trees and a frozen lake. A comfortable wooden staircase with very atmospheric lighting leads up to the mountain.
day 04
Huskies, Snowmobiles, Workshops

We change the location and move closer to Petrozavodsk. The Karelian activity center is waiting for us. You can choose how to spend this day, 3 options:
1. Snowmobile route (the base price includes 2 people on a snowmobile), communication with huskies, a master class in Karelian baking. If you don't want to bake, you can just eat.
2. Visit to the residence of Karelian Santa Claus - Talvi Ukko. The route is an introduction. A deer farm and a husky kennel, a Sami village, a Finnish sleigh, etc.).
3. A day off from excursions in Petrozavodsk or Ladoga region. In this case, there is a discount on the tour.
