Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The adult zone of the aqua park will be temporarily closed from 15 to 19 June 2025, for a scheduled maintenance project. During this period, the following facilities will remain fully operational and accessible to all guests: Water Slide Zone, Aqua Play, and Playground. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Optional surcharge for Christmas Eve Dinner 12/24/24: Adults — USD 105.00, Children (0-12 years) — USD 53.00. Same surcharge for optional Christmas Lunch 12/25/24. Optional surcharge for New Year's Eve Dinner 12/31/24: Adults — USD 105.00, Children (0-12 years) — USD 53.00. Children aged 0 to 8 years receive complimentary daily breakfast when sharing a bed with their parents. Children aged 9 to 11 years are also accommodated when sharing a bed with their parents; however, a daily breakfast supplement of THB 480.00 per child applies. If an extra bed is required for a child, an additional charge of THB 850.00 per night will apply. This includes the extra bed and daily breakfast.
