You will learn about the history of the origin and development of cheese making, as well as about the key principles of the production of a new generation of cheeses in Russia, which are followed by EkoNiva. The guide will tell you about the production of premium Durr hard cheese and why EkoNiva was the first company in Russia to use a special starter culture, Brevibacterium linen, to create it.
