Additional information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Documents for business travelers are provided upon request. An additional set of bed linen is available for a fee of RUB 1000.00. The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after cleaning and full inspection of the apartment. For reservations of 1 night, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 2000.00 will be charged after departure. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, an additional fee of RUB 800.00 per night will be charged for each guest, as well as delivery of an additional set of bed linen by courier. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. One set of bed linen for 2 people is provided per bed and is included in the basic price. Smoking of any kind of tobacco and vapor products, as well as hookahs, is prohibited. Self-check-in and check-out are available. Persons under the age of 18 are only allowed to stay when accompanied by their parents. Noisy parties are not allowed in the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in early eviction and forfeiture of the full deposit. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The apartment is located in a paid parking zone. Free parking is available from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
