* The Aniva Lighthouse is a unique landmark of Sakhalin. Installed near the remote rocky Cape Aniva, the lighthouse of the same name is a concrete tower (31 m) with a side extension. The building has a fire height of 40 m. It has seven floors. This is a battery and diesel room on the ground level, as well as a food warehouse and a kitchen on the second level. On the floor above, there was an equipment room, a radio room, and a watchman. The employees lived at the very top. The design of the Japanese lighthouse, created by engineer Miura Shinobu, is interesting. The lighting device was started by means of a clockwork mechanism. At the end of the 20th century, the now Russian lighthouse Aniva began to operate on a thermoelectric generator. At the moment, there are no more operational reactors on the abandoned structure. We go back close to the shore, look at the numerous waterfalls, seals, etc. 12:30 p.m. Disembarkation in Marble Bay (Cape White Stone), rest, 1 hour.
