Detailed description
A food truck with restaurant-quality cuisine can be found right in front of the city administration. The food is cooked in the Texas Smoker smokehouse. The uniqueness of cooking is that at low temperature, the meat is smoked and saturated with flavor for up to 18 hours. Burgers, ribs, pork and beef, wings and of course Brisket are prepared.
