Detailed description
The observation deck is located in the largest park. It offers views of the Sertun and Chermyanka rivers, forests and clearings, small animals and birds. The place is equipped with benches. There are sports grounds around: tennis courts, a basketball court, roller coasters and much more. The observation deck is only a part of the park.
