Estate of S.M. Rukavishnikov, service building

The facade of the house on Piskunov Street has a rich stucco decoration: profiled cornice and stucco rosettes, panels with stucco molding in the form of horizontal chains of leaves, openwork lintels with hangers and locks in the form of round cartouches and acanthus in the walls. Adjacent to the courtyard of the wing building is the service building, which fixes the south-eastern corner of the estate. The wing and the building in which it is located are one whole architectural solution that was created in the same style as the wing building and has a similar setting.
