Previously, the most beautiful Thai temple was considered to be the White Rong Khun Temple, located in Chiang Rai province. Peacocks walk around the temple, decorated with a mosaic of fragments of porcelain donated by the Chinese diaspora of Thailand to King Rama IX of Thailand. Nearby is one of the most popular national park among residents and visitors of Thailand - Khao Kho, a favorite vacation spot for Bangkok residents.
