* Tikhaya Bay is a picturesque place of amazing beauty, located in the Gulf of Patience, on the eastern coast of Sakhalin. Mountains, sheer cliffs, huge boulders, sea rose hips, thermopsis, aralia and other vegetation, all this creates a unique atmosphere of natural beauty. Tikhaya Bay is one of the five legendary beaches in Russia. The bay offers a beautiful view of the majestic mountains - Bold Peak and Zhdanko Ridge, which is a picturesque monument of Sakhalin nature. There is also a unique public nature park "Cape Quiet", on the territory of which you can walk and enjoy nature. From July to August, you can watch salmon spawning in the bay. On the way to Tikhaya Bay, we will visit the Torii Ritual Gate (a huge marble gate of a ruined Japanese temple). We will stop at the crab market, where you can buy real crab and shrimp, which you can later enjoy for lunch in Tikhaya Bay. The route length is 140 km.
