* Each city of the Caucasian Mineral Waters is unique: the atmosphere is created by picturesque landscapes and unique vegetation, history is preserved in monuments and architectural structures, and fate is written by the people living on these beautiful lands.
The Caucasian Mineral Waters are located on a very small territory for four cities: 60 km long and 30 km wide. But there are 130 springs with 18 varieties! "It doesn't happen that way!" exclaimed French hydrogeologist Jules Francois, arriving here at the end of the 19th century. But it turned out that it still surprises the guests of the resort!
Our sightseeing tour will begin in Pyatigorsk, the largest and oldest of all cities.
Then we will go to the smallest, northernmost and most cozy town of KavMinVod — Zheleznovodsk. You will find out who discovered the mineral springs here and how, why nothing was built here until the end of the 19th century, and why the mountain in this city is called the Iron Mountain.
We will take a fabulously beautiful bypass road to Kislovodsk, which offers a wonderful view of the Pyatigorsk Mountains! That's what this area was called in ancient times. You will taste the famous narzan in the drinking gallery of the mid-19th century, built in the English medieval style, and have lunch in a trusted establishment.
After lunch and a short rest, our journey will continue to Yessentuki, the youngest resort town with a very unusual name, which you will learn about during the tour.
Of course, we'll take the time to have lunch in a picturesque place!
We will walk through each city, taste different mineral waters, and in just one day you will have an idea of all the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
You will be able to compare these cities with each other and, I think, love them forever!
