* Conditions of the event: 1. Weather conditions and force majeure -If the weather conditions are unfavorable for the program (storm warning / closed raid due to the passage of military vessels, heavy precipitation), then changes to the planned route are possible, including the day and time of departure, cancellation of the excursion. -Moderate precipitation, clouds, and fog are not grounds for canceling the tour. An enclosed cabin, blankets and raincoats are provided on board for your convenience. Also, in case of minor precipitation, there is a fully covered boat. -In case of a sharp deterioration in the weather, visibility on the route during the tour, the captain independently decides whether to return the group or to change the route, for safety reasons. In this case, the unrealized part of the route is considered completed. 3. Cancellation and non-exit conditions for the tour: -If you do not show up or are late for the tour, the full price will be charged. -Payment will not be refunded if the tour is cancelled less than 3 days in advance. -A refund for not showing up for the tour is possible if a medical certificate is provided from the medical institution (for each person) before 16.00 on the day of the tour. 4.General information: -Information on the time of the group's gathering and exit is reported by the manager before 22.00 hours on the day before the exit. -For individual groups, the program and its duration can be adjusted depending on your wishes and interests.
