Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A prepayment of one night is charged. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the prepayment is not refundable. For a non-refundable rate, an advance payment of 100% of the booking price can be requested. The check-in is carried out by a maid, it is necessary to contact the hotel before 11:00 PM on the day of arrival, it will be impossible to contact after 11:00 PM. Check-in and check-out is carried out around the clock, but subject to mandatory prior agreement with the apartment. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 22:00 is carried out for an additional fee: check-in from 22:00 to 23:00 in the amount of 1000.00 RUB, from 23:00 to 00:00 in the amount of 1500.00 RUB, from 00:00 to 01:00 in the amount of 2500.00 RUB. Late check-out after 22:00 is also paid separately: until 23:00 in the amount of 1000.00 RUB; until 00:00 in the amount of 1500.00 RUB; after 00:00 in the amount of 2500.00 RUB.
