* The Aegean Sea is one of the most beautiful seas in the world. It is sung in many legends, mentioned in the Eliade. The water in the Aegean Sea is turquoise in color, and the bottom is visible at great depth. The shores are surrounded by greenery, often rocky. I suggest you take a yacht trip to the most beautiful bays of the Aegean Sea with a visit to the local Dead Sea.
Oludeniz Bay (which means "Dead Sea" in Turkish) is 15 km away. from Fethiye. There are about 50 hotels and many sandy municipal beaches. At the edge of the bay, where the hotels end, a wide sandy spit goes into the sea, creating a bay closed from winds and currents, where you can swim even in winter. This wide sandy peninsula beach is called Cleopatra Beach or Turtle Island. There is a national park here, the construction of hotels is prohibited, so as not to disturb the pristine beauty of this place. It is here that tourists are very fond of diving, which is facilitated by the transparency of the water in the lagoon. Demonstrations and competitions of paragliding professionals are often held in Oludeniz. By the way, you can also do paragliding — there is a 1960 m high Babadak in Oludeniz, which attracts paragliders from all over the world. The journey to the mountain takes about 45 minutes.
