Cancellation policy

* In case of cancellation of the tour within 2 hours from the moment of its sale, the funds will be refunded in full. The refusal can be made verbally by calling the Company's work phones, or in writing by e-mail to the Company's address. In case of cancellation of the tour due to the guest's illness, the funds will be returned to the cavity any day if there is a medical certificate. In case of cancellation of the tour after 2 hours from the date of its sale, but no later than 48 hours before the start, the funds will be refunded in the amount of 50% of the cost of the tour. In case of cancellation of the tour due to the illness of a child under the age of 12, the funds will be refunded in full to the adult and the child, but only if there is a doctor's certificate. For the rest of the adults and children of the family, the standard opt-out rules apply. If guests fail to attend the tour for disrespectful reasons, the funds will not be refunded. No claims are accepted. If you are late for the bus by more than 5 minutes before the departure of the bus for the tour, as well as at any of the sightseeing stops along the route, it is considered a cancellation of the tour and the funds will not be refunded.
