We will visit a unique place in our region, the only beaver nursery in the world, as well as a home for many animals, some of which are listed in the Red Book of Russia – the Voronezh Biosphere Reserve. On the territory we will visit Beaver Town, a complex created on the basis of an experimental beaver nursery, which is a place of regular filming and the work of film studios. A shed with beavers and a two-level aquarium with a family of beavers, an interactive museum "House of Beaver", created using the latest technologies, are open to the public. Next, we will visit Tolshevsky Transfiguration Monastery, founded in the first half of the 17th century. The name "Tolshevsky" came from the incredible thickness of the trees growing here. In 1768, St. Tikhon the Wonderworker of Zadonsk, who retired, chose the monastery as his place of residence. Over time, he moved to the Zadonsky Bogoroditsky monastery. Visiting the sturgeon farm is an incredible gastronomic journey! You will visit a dynamically developing sturgeon farm specializing in the breeding of sturgeon fish and trout in a closed-circuit water supply system. This method is considered the most environmentally friendly, as the fish is grown on balanced, scientifically selected feeds, in clean water rich in oxygen, eliminating the presence of pathogens. During the tour we: · let's get acquainted with the process of fish breeding in ultrasonic installations. · we will see unique albino sturgeons, feed tame individuals of these breeds. · let's try delicious dishes of fresh fish. Communication with pet sturgeons will give unforgettable emotions not only to children, but also to adults!
