day 01

Irkutsk - Baikal Museum - Stone of Chersky - P. Listvyanka

Our guide will meet you at Irkutsk airport, and after meeting the group, immediately transfer to Listvyanka. The village is the center of Baikal tourism — it is even called the "gateway to Lake Baikal"! We will check into the hotel and then go on a sightseeing tour. The Baikal Museum will provide an opportunity to get to know the lake better. You will see a real Baikal seal, study the geology, flora and fauna of Lake Baikal. As an additional service, we offer to "dive" to the lake floor in a virtual bathyscaphe! We go to the observation deck near the peak of Kamen Chersky. To do this, we will use the cable car. From the top you will have an amazing view of the Khamar-Daban ridges, the Listvyanka water area and the source of the Angara. In the evening, we will meet at the hotel for dinner and share our impressions of the first day.

On the island, we check into a hotel and relax from the road. Then we will go to the Shamanka rock. You will have to pass 13 pillars of Serge and reach the very edge of Cape Burkhan. From here you can enjoy a stunning view of the waters of the Small Sea and the amazing Shamanka. Then we will go down to the sand dunes of Sarai beach, where we will relax by the calm waters of the sacred lake. We will definitely admire the magical sunset of Olkhon and go to the hotel to gain strength before the next day.

Cape Khoboy
