Check-in instructions are sent to the guest's phone via the booking bot in the Telegram messenger. When booking, guests agree to the rules specified in the rates, and also enter into a lease or rental agreement with the owner of the premises. The deposit is paid by card of banks operating in the territory of the Russian Federation before check-in, and is returned within 48 hours to 16 calendar days after payment for all services and cleaning of the apartment, and subject to compliance with the rules of residence, according to the details from which the payment was made.
