Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. In the period from 05/20/2025 to 05/30/2025, a planned shutdown of hot water is carried out in Moscow. There is a private room with a boiler in which you can take a shower. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation work on one of the floors. The hotel door is closed from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM. To check in at the specified time, guests must call the number indicated on the voucher.
