From Tuesday to Sunday the hotel offers a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Winter Palace. The shuttle departs from the main entrance of the Hotel at 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM, having travelled along the historical St. Petersburg of Dostoevsky and Nevsky Prospekt, arrives at the main building of the museum complex on the Palace Embankment. A breakfast supplement of RUB 3000.00 per day will be charged for the third and subsequent guests. A deposit of 10,000.00 RUB is required upon check-in for Premium, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite rooms to cover any unplanned expenses during the stay. For Imperial Junior Suite, Deluxe Hermitage Suite, Imperial Suite and Presidential Suite, the deposit is RUB 20,000.00. The balance of this deposit is refundable upon check-out. Opening hours of the spa complex: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. If guests book Premium, Superior or Deluxe rooms from 3 nights - one visit to the spa complex is included. If guests book Junior Suite, Deluxe and above rooms from 1 night - one visit to the spa complex is included. The cost of visiting the spa complex for hotel guests is RUB 2000.00 for 2 hours per person. A single visit for children under 12 years old is RUB 1000.00. Children under 12 years old can visit the spa only under parental supervision.
