Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. For guests under 14, a birth certificate must be provided. Guests can also get there by private transport or taxi. A resort fee is charged from guests, starting from the second day of stay, from an adult guest without registration in the Krasnodar Territory. The cost of the resort fee: 50.00 RUB per day for each guest from 18 years old. For guests staying in the Mountain Olympic Village, the cost of a walking ticket for the Olympia cable car, which connects the hotel level and the lower base of the resort, will be RUB 150.00 per day for guests over 15 years old and RUB 80.00 per day for guests from 7 to 14 years old. Guests can purchase a ticket upon check-in at the reception. Children up to and including 6 years old can use the cable car for free. The first ascent according to the booking confirmation is free. Guests can check the cable car schedule with the hotel staff, contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Guests have access to Rosa Khutor Beach. On the beach: sun beds under a shaded canopy, umbrellas and bungalows, recreation facilities for people with limited mobility, comfortable changing rooms and showers, a children's playground and SPA areas. There is a rental and sale of beach accessories, a summer cafe and a fresh bar with ottomans, a SUP-surfing point, catamarans, and a dive center. From June 1, a shuttle service runs to and from the sea beach. It operates daily and departs twice a day.
