A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The front desk is open until 20:00. Guest must contact the hotel directly 24 hours prior to arrival for check-in instructions. The hotel requests that guests text the number on the booking confirmation one hour before arrival at the train station/airport. Guests should also send a message to alert you if the train is delayed beyond its scheduled arrival time. It takes employees 30 minutes to get to the apartment. As stated in the apartment description, the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in (from 08:00 PM to 10:00 PM) is subject to availability for a surcharge of EUR 30.00, late check-in (from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM) is subject to a surcharge of EUR 50.00. The hotel administration asks you to take out the trash before departure and not leave it in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
