U Morya Living Quarters are situated in the center of Sochi, on the first line from the sea.

The room has a separate entrance. Guests have a double bed. For self-catering, a summer kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave oven is equipped. The room has a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board and Wi-Fi. Guests are provided with bed linen, pillows and towels.
