The ground floor is occupied by a living room and kitchen, the second floor - three isolated bedrooms. There is a guest bathroom without shower on the ground floor and a bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor, there is no lift. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated on the following beds: double beds in three bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and sofa beds in bedrooms 1 and 2. There are 1.5 bathrooms, air conditioning in bedrooms 2 and 4, Wi-Fi, digital TV. Bed linen, towels, slippers, utensils for eating and cooking, kitchen appliances: kettle, microwave, electric hob, oven, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher. The bathroom has: washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board.
