Without parents or legal representatives, for whom the parents must draw up a free-form permit, the child cannot stay at the hotel. For children from 14 to 18 years old, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of the minor (passport). The child can live without parents or legal representatives, but he needs the written consent of one of the parents/legal representatives. Foreign guests are required to present a valid original photo ID upon check-in. Visa support services for foreign citizens are provided free of charge. Registration fee for foreign citizens: RUB 290.00 per person, per stay. All rooms and public areas are non-smoking.
