A perfect fit for a big group of travellers: apartment «Condor Apartment» is located in Rawai. This apartment is located in 3 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the apartment — Nai Harn Beach, Kok Chang Safari and Big Buddha.
Taste the local cuisine and have a rest in the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in. If you travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone.
The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room. Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a diving club. You will find these entertainment amenities on the premises: a picnic area. Swimming fans are going to enjoy a pool and an outdoor pool.
The staff of the apartment will order a transfer for you. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, car rental and a safe-deposit box. The staff of the apartment speaks English.

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Housekeeping is done every 7 days. Additional housekeeping service can be arranged with an extra charge.
