Not far away is the Academy of Civil Aviation, the exhibition centre Expoforum, from the apartments guests can get to Pushkin, Pavlovsk, Gatchina and Peterhof, as well as to the city centre. Pulkovsky Park is within walking distance. There is a developed infrastructure around the apartments: there are cafes, shops and restaurants, children's playgrounds.

The apartments have a view of the city. There are car parking spaces near the house, guests can also rent a place in the underground car park.
