Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 00:00. Please be advised that arrivals are possible at any time (our reception at Stupartska 9 Praha 1 is available nonstop every day where the check-in/key collection takes place), but guests have to inform apartments about their approximate arrival time. Some of the apartments are located in surrounding buildings. However, all the apartments are within walking distance. All party groups must contact apartments in advance. The apartment will try to book for an apartment where a reasonable level of noise is tolerated - apartment with no or only a few neighbors (these apartments are of the same quality as all the other apartments but they are not located in residential buildings). Otherwise, there is a risk that guests will not be accommodated. Please note that the receptionists might require a security deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival in the amount of EUR 200.00 up to EUR 400.00 per apartment (or the equivalent in CZK or GBP), especially in the case of groups parties. There is a risk that groups will not be accommodated and the deposit will be EUR 700.00 in cash if guests didn't inform about group parties in advance. Gala dinner is not mandatory. Guests are welcome at the main office at Masna 686/20, 110 00, where guests can pick up the keys to their apartment and receive all necessary information. All guests must check in with valid ID/passport. While the reception is open from 8:00 AM to midnight daily, check-in begins at 2:30 PM.
