Detailed description
The building was built by architect A.L.Lishnevsky between 1912 and 1913 and was his own apartment building. In the fall of 1913, Lishnevsky moved to his new home, but in early December, the commission that inspected the building to issue a certificate of wanted tenants discovered that violations had been committed during construction, and the developer was brought to trial. which ended in March 1916. These included: a courtyard slightly exceeding the height of the building, the construction of a completely walled-up room instead of an attic, which was contrary to the law, and the use of the courtyard passage as the location of the central heating system.
