The apartment building of A.M. Ehrlich is located next to Staro-Leninsky Square. It was built in 1912-1913. The apartment building is a tall stone building with columns and pointed arches. Elements of Gothic and classicism are mixed here. The apartment building also has a multi-level balcony.
