Residential house M.E. Sakun, an architectural monument
Detailed description
The house was built in the late 19th century in an eclectic style. The decor uses elements typical of Russian folk architecture. The composition of the facade is dominated by the central and end side walls above the attic (now lost). Rusticated sashes of the ground floor walls, double columns decorating the sashes of the transverse panels of the first floor, recessed lintels of the upper windows and niches under the windows of the first floor, as well as stripes between floors, arched lintels and recessed cornices define the architectural and artistic appearance of the building. One door has been preserved, double-leaf, with a glass balustrade and a decorative geometric pattern.
