The function of the moving house of the second Admiralty unit is to unite the police department and the fire department. The building, as it should be for a fire department, has a column tower to monitor the surrounding area. The neat brick structure gives the building an official look. The house houses an office, a prison and a team of firefighters and lamplighters.
