The estate of A.N. Goncharov

In the late 1790s, the estate was completely rebuilt. The house was built in the classical style along the red line of Yauzskaya Street, connected by a wooden cloister and two side stone wings. The first floor and the mezzanine of the main house were wooden, unlike the stone ground floor. After the construction was completed, the estate was included in the famous "Architectural Album" by M. Kazakov.
